I reserve the right to keep all of my artwork in my portfolio and repost it without prior notification.

MimojiX term of use

Agreement for using my artwork

  • Please credit me(mimojiX) when necessary.

  • If you're not the owner, do not use or re-post my work without permission.

Payment

  • Payments can be made via PayPal or Ko-fi (credit card).

  • Payment must be completed within 1-4 days after the auction ends.

  • If you are unable to pay on time, please notify me at least 4 days in advance.

Pay by Installments

  • Available for purchases over $200 only

  • Applicable only for adoptable

  • I accept only two-term payments

First-Term Payment

  • After the auction ends, you must pay 50% of the full price.

  • I will hold the adoptable for a maximum of 7 days while waiting for the first-term payment.

  • Once the first payment is received, you will receive all the files with a watermark.

  • During this period, you may not use the adoptable for any commercial purposes, including trading, gifting, DTA/OTA, or commissions.

Last-Term Payment

  • The remaining balance must be paid within 14 days, after paid all rights to the adoptable will be transferred to you, and you will receive the files without a watermark.

  • If the conditions are not met, I will refund only 50% of the first payment and will resell the adoptable.

Adoptables agreement

For the owner

  • You have the full right to modify the colors, add more details, and create a new bio.

  • You may use the adoptable for role-playing, commissions, communities, and other purposes without notifying me.

Reselling adoptable

Start bid Condition(SB) allowed for personal use

  • You may resell the original artwork, but the price must be equal to or less than the auction price.

  • If you have additional images (e.g., commissions, trade art), you may resell for more than the original price.

  • If you redraw the artwork, you can sell it at any price, but please credit me.

Auto buy Condition(AB) supporting sales and profits

  • Commercial use is permitted.

  • You may resell for any amount.

  • Please do not re-auction the original artwork (set a fixed price instead).

  • Please always credit mimojiX

Gifting adoptable

  • Trading, gifting, DTA (Draw to Adopt), and OTA (Offer to Adopt) are permitted for the owner.

  • If you receive the original adoptable through a trade or gift, please do not resell it for money.

YCH Agreement

  • Furry, Fanart accepted.

  • Any expression, gender, rece you request

  • 1 slot will take 4-7 days to finish.

  • I don't accept robots species in this YCH.
